Shipping Policy

We endeavour to ship all orders within 24hours.  On occassion this is not possible including but not limited to public holidays, weekends or when Shaw's are hosting a pop up bar at a public or private.

We ship with UPS predominantly and cover the British Isles up to and including southern Scotland

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to enjoy your purchase so please CONTACT US if you experience any issues during the buying process, delivery or subsequent enjoyment of your product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

You are able to cancel an order made within 14 days should the goods be unwanted, and 30 days to return faulty or damaged goods. All credits will be issued within 48 hours of the goods being received back to our warehouses.

On the rare occasions a breakage occurs or goods are faulty, we will offer a replacement or a credit on the return of the items in question. We must be notified of such within three working days and the goods returned within a further seven days.  Opting to leave a purchase in a safe place


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should contact us to arrange collection.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
